Property Transactions

We know that moving to a new home can be stressful and our aim is to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible.

We can deal with your residential freehold or leasehold, purchase or sale of a house or flat. If the property you are buying or selling is not a residential property please telephone or complete the contact form below and we will contact you to discuss your requirements and likely costs.

We are experienced in dealing with property transfers following a divorce, civil partnership dissolution or separation, whether being carried out informally or following the making of a court order. We can ensure that the terms of a court order are complied with and that the correct timing adhered to. We do not need to have acted for you in the family proceedings to which the transaction relates.

If you would like us to send you a no obligation estimate of likely costs, please contact us. When comparing ours with other estimates, please bear in mind that we do not charge an additional fee to complete the Stamp Duty Land Tax paperwork, we do not add any ‘sundry’  expenses to our charges and we agree any disbursements to be incurred by you before we incur them.

We can communicate with you by telephone, email or post as you prefer. Where the facility is available, we carry out all required searches and investigations via the internet to ensure that there is no unnecessary delay.

Experience and Qualifications

Your transaction will be conducted by Denyse Marshall who has been qualified as a solicitor for over 30 years. She supervises Jo Rundle who has a Business Degree and over 20 years experience in the legal services sector.
