Our fees are based on the amount of time which is spent in taking your instructions, advising, writing to you to confirm instructions and on drafting your required will. A simple will is likely to cost £210.00 plus vat. If we need to include one or more trusts or there are substantial assets to be dealt with our fees will be higher. Once we know what your requirements are we can give you a clear estimate of likely fees.
